How To Make Miso Chilli Steak with Crispy Sweet Potatoes

- 4 sirloin steaks
- 4 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons chilli paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, mix together miso paste, chilli paste, soy sauce, and honey. Coat the steaks with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan to high heat.

In a separate bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.

While the steaks are resting, place the sweet potato wedges on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
