How To Make Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the beef to the skillet and add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the ingredients.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

Squeeze the lime juice over the beef and vegetables and stir to combine.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Serve the beef fajitas in the warm tortillas and top with your desired toppings.
