How To Make Ground Beef and Vegetable Stew Recipe

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the diced onion, sliced carrots, chopped celery, diced potatoes, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the beef broth, frozen peas, tomato paste, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Stir well to combine.
