How To Make Simple Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chopped carrots and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
