- 1lbthin round steak
- 2large yellow onions
- 1cancrushed tomatoes
- 1candiced tomatoes,with garlic and basil
- 1tbspvegetable shortening,or oil
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 2cupshot mashed potatoes
Instructions

Thinly slice the steak into 1-inch pieces.
