  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

  2. Stir in the curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne (if using), and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
