How To Make Celery Potato Soup

- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the celery and potatoes to the pot, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
