  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, then coat them with the spice mixture.

  4. Place the drumsticks on the smoker rack, making sure they are not touching.

  5. Close the smoker and let the chicken cook for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove the drumsticks from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
