How To Make Slow Cooker Spiced Apples with Barley

- 4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup barley
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups water

In the slow cooker, combine the sliced apples, barley, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
