  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
