Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

  4. Add mixed seafood and cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open.

  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until well coated with the seafood and sauce.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
