  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, sesame oil, and lemon juice.

  3. Spread the miso mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.

  4. Top each slice with smoked salmon.

  5. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over the salmon.

  6. Serve immediately.
