  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch oven-proof skillet.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Stir in the peas, smoked salmon, Parmesan cheese, and fresh dill.

  4. Pour the mixture into the greased skillet and spread evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
