Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, chives, smoked salmon, milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.

  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are set.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the frittata is fully set.
