  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

  3. Add the cooked pasta, frozen peas, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.

  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
