How To Make Haddock & Jarlsberg gratin

Ingredients
- 1 lb haddock fillets
- 1 cup grated Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

Season the haddock fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place them in the baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown.

Spread the grated Jarlsberg cheese over the haddock fillets, then drizzle the heavy cream over the top. Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs over the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
