How To Make Smoked Fish Dip

- 8 oz smoked fish fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions

Flake the smoked fish fillets into a bowl, removing any bones or skin.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Add the chopped red onion, parsley, salt, and pepper to the mayonnaise mixture and stir.

Gently fold in the flaked smoked fish until evenly coated.

Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
