  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups cooked cannellini beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a sizzling hot plate or a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Place the salmon fillets onto the hot plate or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

  4. In a separate pot, combine the cooked cannellini beans, butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash the beans with a fork or a potato masher until smooth and creamy.

  5. Serve the sizzling salmon on a hot plate, accompanied by a generous scoop of bean mash.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
