How To Make Sesame-Seared Tuna Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tuna steak fillets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.

Place the tuna fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat.

Remove the tuna fillets from the marinade and discard the marinade.

Sear the tuna fillets in the hot skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

Slice the seared tuna and serve it immediately.
