How To Make Scandi-style Oysters

- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Rinse the fresh oysters under cold water and pat them dry.

In a bowl, combine the red onion, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
