  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh oysters under cold water and pat them dry.

  2. In a bowl, combine the red onion, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil.

  3. Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. Spoon a generous amount of the topping onto each oyster.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the Scandi-style oysters.
