How To Make Rosti-Topped Fish Pie

Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets
- 200g peeled and chopped potatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large pan, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them into a coarse texture.

In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the flour to the pan and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the milk and vegetable broth until smooth and thickened.

Add the frozen peas, fish fillets, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring gently.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top, creating a rosti-like layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the rosti is golden and crispy.
