How To Make Poached Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cups of water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black peppercorns
Instructions

In a large pan, bring water to a simmer. Add lemon slices, dill, salt, and peppercorns.

Gently place salmon fillets in the pan, making sure they are fully submerged in the poaching liquid.

Cover the pan and let the salmon poach for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

Using a slotted spatula, carefully remove the salmon from the pan and transfer to serving plates.
