How To Make Eggs Benedict with Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 English muffins
- 8 eggs
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 cup of Hollandaise sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions

Slice the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown.

In a large pot, bring water to a gentle simmer. Crack one egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it into the simmering water. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cook for 3-4 minutes for a soft poached egg.

While the eggs are poaching, warm the smoked salmon slices in a skillet over medium heat.

Place a toasted English muffin half on each plate. Top with a slice of warm smoked salmon.

Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove each poached egg from the water, allowing any excess water to drain off. Place one poached egg on top of each salmon-topped English muffin half.

Drizzle the Hollandaise sauce over the poached eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
