How To Make Parchment Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Top each fillet with a couple of lemon slices and a sprig of fresh dill.

  5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and crimp the edges to seal.

  6. Place the parchment packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  7. Carefully open the parchment packets and serve the salmon hot.
