How To Make Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions

Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Remove from the skillet and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon fillets.

Serve hot with your preferred side of vegetables.
