Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup of polenta
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the white fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the polenta and orange zest.

  3. Press each fish fillet into the polenta mixture, coating both sides evenly.

  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Cook the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
