How To Make Oh My Arctic Char!

  • 4 Arctic char fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the Arctic char fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Place the fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes, until the skin is crispy.

  5. Flip the fillets and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with foil.

  6. Top each fillet with a few lemon slices.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
