How To Make Monkfish with Lemon Dressing

- 4 monkfish fillets
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Zest and juice one lemon into a small bowl. Set aside.

Season the monkfish fillets with salt and pepper.
