How To Make Baked Sea Bass with Lemongrass & Ginger

- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 lemongrass stalks, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Place the sea bass fillets in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the lemongrass, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and olive oil.

Spoon the lemongrass mixture over the sea bass fillets, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
