How To Make Brown Butter Lemon Salmon
For this lemon salmon recipe, fish seared in olive oil, glazed with brown butter, and topped with fresh herbs like thyme, parsley, and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 2lbssalmon
- 1tbspolive oil
- salt and pepper
- ½cupbutter
- ½lemon juice
- 1tbspthyme
- 1tbspparsley,chopped
- 1tsprosemary,removed from stem and chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet add the olive oil and turn to medium high heat. Add the salmon skin side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Flip to the other side and continue to cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the top has a golden-brown crust and the salmon flakes easily.

Remove and set aside on a plate.

Add the butter to the pan. Whisk until the butter starts to foam and turn brown. Add the lemon juice and fresh herbs.

Return the salmon to the pan.
