How To Make Honey & Orange Roast Sea Bass with Lentils

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 oranges, juiced and zested
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of lentils
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey-orange mixture over them. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast the sea bass in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.

Meanwhile, rinse the lentils under cold water and drain them.

In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the lentils and cook for about 15 minutes, or until tender.

Drain any excess liquid from the lentils and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the roasted sea bass on a bed of lentils and garnish with fresh parsley.
