How To Make Fresh Salmon with Dill & Capers

- 4 fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the chopped dill and capers evenly over the fillets.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
