Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Stir in the crab meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss everything to combine.

  5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the crab is cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with some crusty bread.
