How To Make Crab and Coconut Curry Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green chili, sliced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and green chili. Fry till onions are translucent.

  2. Add tomato paste and all the spices. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add coconut milk and salt. Bring it to a boil.

  4. Add crab meat and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
