How To Make Crab and Cucumber Rolls
A light and refreshing appetizer that perfectly combines the sweet flavor of crab with the crispness of cucumber.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz of lump crab meat
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, remove the seeds and discard.

Spread the crab mixture over the cucumber halves.

Roll up the cucumber into a tight roll and secure with toothpicks.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
