How To Make Crab and Cucumber Rolls

A light and refreshing appetizer that perfectly combines the sweet flavor of crab with the crispness of cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of lump crab meat
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, remove the seeds and discard.

  3. Spread the crab mixture over the cucumber halves.

  4. Roll up the cucumber into a tight roll and secure with toothpicks.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
