How To Make Crab Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package round wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, then fold it in half to create a triangle. Press the edges together to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for about 5 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove from the pot using a slotted spoon and set aside.

  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked ravioli and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden.

  5. Pour marinara sauce over the ravioli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  6. Serve the crab ravioli with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
