Ingredients

  • 1 package of meat or cheese ravioli
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and let cool slightly.

  2. Dip each ravioli in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.

  3. Place the coated ravioli on a baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.

  5. Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  6. Serve the toasted ravioli hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
