Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or tilapia)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the fish from the grill and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of each fillet.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise.

  7. Place the fish back on the grill and close the lid. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
