How To Make Best Ever Crab Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce and tomato slices for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Toast the bread slices lightly.

Spread the crab mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread.

Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
