How To Make Crab and Brie Grilled Cheese Recipe
A rich and indulgent grilled cheese stuffed with crab meat and melted brie.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of fresh crab meat
- 8 oz of brie cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp of butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

On the mayonnaise side of four slices, divide the crab meat evenly.

Top the crab meat with slices of brie cheese.

Place the remaining slices of bread on top, with the mayo side facing up.

Spread butter on the outsides of each sandwich.

Place the sandwiches on the griddle or skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes per side.
