How To Make Air Fryer Butterflied Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Working with one shrimp at a time, make a shallow cut down the back of each shrimp to butterfly it, ensuring not to cut all the way through.

Place the butterflied shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the butterflied shrimp hot with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
