How To Make Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
A delicious breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon and fluffy scrambled eggs served on toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.

Scramble the eggs in the same skillet over medium heat until cooked through.

Arrange the cheese slices on the bottom halves of the toasted English muffins.

Top each with 2 slices of bacon and scrambled eggs.

Cover with the top halves of the English muffins.

Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese.
