  • 8 slices of brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs

  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

  3. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
