- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of brioche bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bacon on a baking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy. Set aside.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Once done, place the eggs in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process. Peel and set aside.

-
Cut the brioche slices into long, thin strips, about 1 inch wide.
-
Serve the brioche soldiers with the soft-boiled eggs, crispy bacon, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper for dipping.
