Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast pork, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 8 pickle slices
  • 4 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 4 medianoche rolls (sweet bread rolls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan.

  2. Cut the medianoche rolls in half horizontally.

  3. Spread mustard on one half of each roll.

  4. On the other half of each roll, layer roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickle slices.

  5. Close the sandwiches and press them in the panini press or grill pan for 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
