
How To Make Fig & Pancetta American Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 6 slices of pancetta, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 8 dried figs, chopped
- 4 cups of bread cubes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the figs and cook for another 2 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked pancetta, onion mixture, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and toss until well combined.

Transfer the stuffing to a baking dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is crispy.
