Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 4 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 1 cup cavolo nero, chopped
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Caesar dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season tuna with salt and pepper, then grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Let cool and flake into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cavolo nero, romaine lettuce, anchovy fillets, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  4. Add the grilled tuna and croutons to the bowl.

  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat all the ingredients.

  6. Serve the tuna Caesar salad immediately.
