Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 cup of grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, tarragon, celery, red onion, grapes, and walnuts.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with mayonnaise.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
