How To Make Spring tabbouleh recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place the bulgur wheat in a large bowl and pour the boiling water over it. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes, or until the bulgur is tender.

Fluff the bulgur with a fork and let it cool to room temperature.

Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, mint, and green onions to the bowl with the bulgur.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
