How To Make Shoepeg Corn Salad

- 2 cans of shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shoepeg corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
